Dengue Antigen Rapid Test Kits

Dengue Test Kit (Immunochromatography)

The Dengue Test Kit is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Dengue virus antigen in human whole blood, serum, or plasma. This kit utilizes the double-antibody sandwich method to identify the presence of the virus protein.

When the sample contains Dengue antigen above the minimum detection limit, a visible red reaction line forms in the test area (T). A control line (C) ensures the validity of each test.

📝 Test Procedure

  1. Allow test cassette and antigen extraction buffer to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30°C).
  2. Remove the test cassette from the sealed foil pouch; use within 60 minutes for best results.
  3. Place the device on a level surface. Draw whole blood/serum/plasma and add 2 drops into the sample well (S).
  4. Immediately add 1 drop of buffer to the sample well. Avoid air bubbles.
  5. Wait for the colored line (C) to appear. Read results at 10 minutes. Do not interpret after 15 minutes.
