Cresol soap disinfectant uses cresol as the main active ingredient (content 3%-50%). It effectively kills enteric pathogenic bacteria and pyogenic coccus, making it suitable for surface disinfection of general objects.

Effects of different concentrations:

• 0.3% - 0.6% Solution: Kills most pathogenic bacteria within 10 minutes.
• 1% - 5% Solution: Used for soaking, spraying, or wiping contaminated objects (Action time: 30-60 mins).
• 5% Concentration: Effective against nuclear bacillus (Action time: 1-2 hours). Heating to 40-50°C strengthens the effect.
• Skin & Instruments: 1-2% for skin disinfection; 5-10% for dressings and instruments.
